What is your return policy?
Since our products are custom-made for you at the time of order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a misprint, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will make it right immediately.
Where does Lucky Clover Threads ship from?
We are proudly based on the West Coast of the U.S. (inspired by Oregon and California!). We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to produce before shipping. Shipping time is usually 3-7 business days (depending on your location). You'll receive a tracking number once your item ships!
How does the apparel fit?
Most of our shirts are a unisex classic fit and run true to size. For the modern streetwear/oversized look, we recommend sizing up one or two sizes from your usual fit. Please check the specific sizing chart on each product page for detailed measurements.
