Made-to-Order Items
Our products are custom-created one at a time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges based solely on size, color preference, or a change of mind. We encourage you to take time reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos before completing your order.
However, we also care deeply about your experience. If you're truly unsatisfied with your item and it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, we may approve a return for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. We want you to feel good about wearing your lucky item, so we'll always do our best to work with you.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange (no refunds for general dissatisfaction).
To begin the return process, contact us at customersupport@luckycloverthreads.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if necessary. While we cannot guarantee all returns will be accepted, we do review each request with care.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a defect, or you received the wrong item, we are committed to making it right.
Please email us at customersupport@luckycloverthreads.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A detailed description of the issue.
Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
Once we've verified the issue, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction matters, and we want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Please also note that:
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards are non-refundable
We do not accept returns past 14 days from delivery.
We appreciate your understanding as work to provide meaningful, custom gear made with care.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved due to a product issue or fulfilment error, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. However, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days to appear in your account.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven't received the funds, please reach out to us at customersupport@luckycloverthreads.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
