Lucky Clover Threads currently ONLY ships within the United States. We begin creating your item once your order is placed.
Fulfillment Time
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be fulfilled. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging. Embroidered hats & beanies will typically take 3-5 business days to be fulfilled.
Shipping Time
After fulfillment, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. For our embroidered hats & beanies please allow an additional 2-3 days.
Total Delivery Time
From the time you place your order, please allow 4-8 business days for your item to arrive. Embroidered hats & beanies, please allow 5-8 business days for arrival.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, though some items may ship through alternative carriers depending on the delivery address.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and your order has not been fulfilled yet, reach out to us immediately at customersupport@luckycloverthreads.com . Once the order has shipped, we are no longer able to make changes and responsibility will fall to the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please allow a few extra days and check with your local USPC office. Once an order has shipped, delivery is out of our hands. We encourage you to reach out directly to the shipping carrier with tracking information.
